This session shares 20 proven “power plays,” from useful technology tools like chatbots and budget calculators to strategic partnerships that boost impact without adding cost. Attendees will participate in an “Idea Draft,” a fast-paced team activity where teams select from the featured ideas and map out a plan to bring one to life. This collaborative draft offers a fun, competitive way to explore new strategies and identify opportunities. Participants will reflect on what’s working in their own organization’s events and where they can improve. Whether the goal is to sustain momentum or execute a game-changing strategy, attendees will leave with practical plays to enhance their organization’s next show.
